“The Healing Sound of HU” – ECK Light and Sound Service (in person–Seattle)

HU is a love song to God. It uplifts and purifies us of the evils that make life too much to bear. It heals our wounds, soothes our brow: sweet, but mighty, name of God.

—Harold Klemp, The Sound of Soul, p. 61

You are a living spiritual exercise. Every moment of your life, you must be the HU. This is more than chanting HU. This is being the HU. The Sound must always be in your atoms. It must be with you when you’re driving, when you’re at work, when you’re home eating a meal with your family. The HU and you must be one and the same. And if you make yourself more and more one with the HU, you will find that life is a more joyful place.

—Harold Klemp, The Sound of Soul, p. 62

The ECK Light and Sound Service is a community event offered by Eckankar for people of all faiths and religious backgrounds. It is an uplifting event where you can reflect on and connect with the Divine within yourself. You will hear inspiring spiritual stories, experience the HU Chant, and be able to speak with other like-hearted people in our community.

You do not need to be a member of Eckankar to attend or participate. The ECK Light and Sound Service is open to everyone.
