Singing the HU is like taking a deep spiritual breath and connecting with the Life Force Itself.  The HU is described as an ancient name for God, a love song to God, the Sound of Soul, and the original Sound behind all sounds.  Singing HU spiritualizes your consciousness and creates a direct inner connection with Divine Love.  This divine connection can open your heart and inner vision to the guidance of your highest self.  

We invite you to join us for an opportunity to connect with Divine Love by experiencing this simple spiritual exercise.  Singing or chanting HU is an ancient practice that has been used by many different cultures.  It can be practiced by anyone, anywhere, and under any circumstances.  All can benefit from the HU.
