Chanting or singing HU is like taking a spiritual deep breath and connecting with the Life Force Itself. Described as a love song for God, the HU is the Sound of Soul and helps us directly experience Divine Love. Singing HU can help you find relief, guidance, and peace in turbulent times; it can help uplift you to view life from a higher perspective.
We invite you to join us for an opportunity to connect with your highest self by experiencing this simple spiritual exercise. Singing or chanting HU is an ancient practice that has been used by many different cultures. It can be practiced by anyone, anywhere, and under any circumstances. All can benefit from the HU.

During this online call, the HU chant will be demonstrated, then done voluntarily by participants. This will be followed by a spiritual discussion.
