After a welcome and introduction, a HU recording will be played for about 10 to 15 minutes. You are welcome to just listen, chant, or sing along with this ancient and spiritually uplifting mantra. After the HU chant, there will be a quiet contemplation period of about 3 -5 minutes followed by an open discussion.
No matter your beliefs, religion, or path in life – the HU can enliven and bring more inner understanding for you.
