Think back on some of the key turning points in your life. Some of these experiences were likely events you planned for — a marriage, a graduation, a move to a new home or city. These turning points are full of joy, love, and wonder, and can often set your life in a new direction that makes you feel excited and grateful.

Other turning points, however, come unexpectedly and unbidden, and can be tremendously difficult to accept and move on from.

How do we regard these turning points — the joyful ones and the challenging ones — from a spiritual perspective? Are there any experiences that are not ultimately for our spiritual benefit, even the most difficult ones?

Spiritual conversations are a wonderful way for people to share stories, ideas, insights, and personal experiences about a variety of topics that show how Spirit is working in your life. These discussions are relaxed, welcoming, and genuine, and are for anyone who wants to explore their spiritual life more deeply with others in openhearted conversation.
